On 28th September, I will be presenting a session on Organisational Change for the IChemE Hull and Humber group with my colleague Nick Morris from Tronox. We will be revisiting our paper from Hazards 29, looking at some of the theory and principles of organisational change, managing the risks, and providing an update on the Tronox system which has now been in operation for nearly 5 years.
