Following my previous post, I presented a paper to the IChemE’s Hazards 29 Conference with my colleague from Cristal, Nick Morris. We had worked together to redesign the Management of Organisational Change (MOOC) system on site.This involved developing a new risk assessment that was both robust yet simple to use. We also wanted to remove any debate about what should or shouldn’t be included as part of MOOC.
The paper describes the new risk assessment process as well as the subsequent work required to get the new system implemented and sustainable. It also covers the performance metrics which continue to be measured on site to determine if the MOOC system is delivering effectively.
