I recently co-authored a paper with Nick Morris from Cristal on the work we did to design and implement a new system for managing Organisational Change on site. I am really pleased to announce that we have been accepted by the IChemE for a presentation slot at the ‘Hazards 29’ conference in May.
We will discuss the principles associated with Organisational Change and the risk assessment we developed to address the issues on site. We also cover the work that has been done to implement the system and to get it established.
