I was pleased to be awarded a BTEC L3 Award in Education & Training through the Bishop Grossteste University ‘Educators in Industry’ programme.
We had four days studying; lots of practical exercises and some great discussions to reinforce the learning. This finished with our ‘microteach’ session, where I delivered ‘An Introduction to Human Factors’. Although I’ve done this type of session on lots of occasions to lots of different audiences, it’s always useful to have the opportunity to receive constructive feedback.
I would like to thank Andy Tofts, our tutor, for running a great programme and also to my fellow attendees; I think we learnt a lot from each other as well.
